Terms of Service
1. The service
Garg Systems is software for accounts, operations, and related tools. You must be 18 or older. You must give accurate information and keep your login (including Google sign-in) under your control.
2. Google sign-in
If you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google authenticates you and, with your consent, shares the account data described in our Privacy Policy. We use that data only to identify you and operate the service. You can disconnect Google access from your Google account settings at any time.
3. Orders and content
Prices, stock, and delivery windows are confirmed at order. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it or if we suspect fraud. Do not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or other users.
4. Our materials
Site text, marks (including Cock Brand), and product imagery are ours or our licensors’. You get a limited right to use the site. You do not get ownership of our IP.
5. Disclaimer
The site is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the related order in the three months before the claim, except for death, personal injury, or fraud, where the law does not allow a limit.
6. Privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Using the service is also consent to that policy, except where the Act requires a separate consent.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hathras / Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
